All TGA EXCO members have received the SOP for the claims process and the relevant Claim Forms.

All claims must be submitted by TGA after verifying the claimant’s membership status. MTGC will then forward the completed claim documents to Tokio Marine for further processing.

MTGC Benevolent Benefits Application Guidelines on:

1. Full Death Benevolent Benefits
2. Non-Participating Death Benevolent Benefits
3. Medical Assist Benefits

A welfare and protection initiative for licensed tourist guides, with the objectives of providing certain financial assistance and personal accident protection to tourist guides and/or their families during times of hardship, particularly upon the death of a contributing member.

The Malaysian Tourist Guides Council Code of Ethics establishes essential professional standards, moral principles, and behavioral guidelines to ensure high-quality service, integrity, consumer protection, and respect for the environment throughout the tourism industry.
